Wikisource:Esplanada/Text quality: a suggestion
As you know from recent changes list, I'm happily working here on Galeria:Bem cavalgar.djvu, and I began to build its text transcluded version, Livro da ensinança de bem cavalgar toda sella. A difficult work, since the text comes from 15° century, and... I can't speak portuguese!
As some of you know, it.source has a well-built system to control texts quality into ns0, similar to that working into ns:Pagina. It has been built much before the increasing use of proofread extension, and it works with a complex interaction of templates and js scripts. But there's a simpler way to obtain the same result, with one new template and a simple code added to the ns0 page. I'm going to have a try to implement this trick; so I'll post a new template, Predefinição:Obra, that will give back a plain wikilink coupled with a little image, coming from quality level of the linked page. Then I'll add the needed "quality code" into Livro da ensinança de bem cavalgar toda sella and its chapters, just to let you see as the whole stuff runs.
Here the quality symbols I'll use:
Feel obviously free to ignore, or use, or develop this bold try. :-) --Alex brollo 08h11min de 4 de Fevereiro de 2010 (UTC)
It runs!
[editar]here a test of the new template. I added the "invisible code" to Livro da ensinança de bem cavalgar toda sella, assinging it a quality level 1, and this code:
* {{obra|Livro da ensinança de bem cavalgar toda sella}}
gives with result:
That is exactly what I aimed. --Alex brollo 09h23min de 4 de Fevereiro de 2010 (UTC)
